Full Service Design + Spec Home Design

Lets dive into our biggest and most requested offering first, Full Service Design, which is essentially just that, the fulllll package. This encompasses ground-up new construction for homeowners and real estate developers alike, and large scale renovations. We work from concept to completion, aka from ground break, through selecting every single finish and detail, to furnishings and accessory styling. In this situation we like to be brought onto the project as soon as possible, like when you are selecting an architect, or are even looking for land / homes to buy. We want to be there to make sure the project is set up for success from the very beginning. With Full Service design we work very closely with the client, architect, builder, GCs, and all of the sub contractors. We are here to make your design dream a reality, but also to help walk you through a very complicated process that can often feel overwhelming. Our goal is to bring ease to both our clients and building team alike. We work tirelessly to make this process enjoyable while moving along as seamlessly as possible! 

Kitchen and Bath Renovation

Two spaces that need to FUNCTION, am I right? We are kitchen and bathroom fanatics over here. Please do not go to your local tile store and let them sway you into ‘trendy’ tile at the lowest price, it keeps us awake at night. This is where function and form really need to unite wholeheartedly. We specialize in helping clients nail down the perfect layout, thinking through every cabinet and drawer in their kitchen, and how they will never have to get down on their knees to fish for a tupperware lid again! We’ll make you sit in bathtubs, discuss your showering habits, and even learn about what type of toilet you prefer! We help you select the proper tile, paint sheens and finishes for cabinetry, plumbing brands and finishes, and even the perfect hardware and placement. Kitchen and Bathroom renovations are not cheap, so they need to be worth it and well thought out! We can ensure both of those things!

Distance Design

This offering is perfect for someone on a smaller budget but still in need of help! This is a virtual service consisting of an in depth questionnaire, followed by a one hour zoom design session to understand the clients wants, needs, and style. We then provide design boards and drawings, based upon our agreed upon scope, as well a shopping list, and detailed selections. This package comes with a limited scope and a limited timeline for a flat fee, and does not include any additional project management or ongoing revisions. This is a perfect option for someone who just needs assistance selecting retail furnishings for a space, nailing down a floor plan or layout, or even if you are DIYing a kitchen or bathroom renovation but need help with layout and basic drawings.

Design Consultation 

On an even smaller / DIY budget? We get it! This service is great for so many situations! First time home buyers who aren’t ready to jump in but need help with ideas, layouts, paint colors, art hanging, or even just styling some open shelves. We got you! We understand the analysis paralysis that can come with a new space, or even a space that you have lived in but just can’t understand how to make more functional or beautiful. This one hour virtual design consultation has been incredibly helpful for making decisions, and is a great starting point. Plus, you can come back as many times as you need :)
